I have noticed that their feathers are full and shiny, and their overall health an improvement. The size is great for the process and has already referred this item with many others to purchase on Walmart. You can add these in smoothies to boost nutrients to add extra nutrients. I make Hemp milk with it and it blends find when using hot water to make it creamy. I have not added these seeds in soil ...hmmm. I just have to try that. I constantly buy this often.
