Marker tray installation was the only snag.

This is a great magnetic white board, and it was wonderful that what I wanted, and ordered, is what I received for use in my kitchen. I would have given this 5 stars across except that I ran into an extremely frustrating snag during the installation, and that had to do with the marker tray. The mounting plate and board itself went in beautifully. However, I pretty much needed 3 hands and 12 fingers to get the marker tray to 'snap' onto the installed board. (Picture-only instructions infer it all just slides together. HA!) Once I figured out that I had to take a razor knife to ever-so-carefully-extend the slit in a set of the plastic pieces - then it went together. However just to be sure, it got a coat of glue to ensure it will last longer than the house around it. Again, the board itself it beautiful and I think worth the value.
