OVEN: Preheat 375°F. Leave film on tray, do not vent. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack. Cook 75 minutes.* Uncover, continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes (TOTAL cook time 80 minutes*). Remove baking sheet from oven. Let stand for 10 minutes.MICRO-BAKE INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat 375°F. Cut film to vent. Cook in microwave on high for 11 minutes. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack of preheated oven. Cook 42 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven. Remove cover and let stand for 10 minutes.

Maybe a family size from 1940?
I'll start by saying this isn't the best lasagna I've ever had — but I'm Italian, so my standards are pretty high and I've had the best of the best. That said, this lasagna is decent… and I mean that in a good way. The pasta sheets are a good size, and there's actually a generous amount of meat, which I appreciated. Portion-wise, I'd say it comfortably feeds 2 adults or maybe 2 adults and 1–2 small kids. Definitely not enough for 2 adults and 3 kids of any age (unless they're all toddlers 😅). If you're feeding a bigger group, you'd need to buy two, and at that point it does get a little pricey. Overall, it really comes down to what you're willing to pay for an easy, convenient, halfway decent meal. I wouldn't serve it for a big family dinner, but for a quick night when you don't feel like cooking, it does the job.
