Astonishingly Terrible
I'm rarely so motivated to actually write a review, but this product is so astonishingly terrible. Not only does the product not supply the correct tools to install the rack, the utterly useless instructions don't list or show the correct tools to use/buy to do it. To make things worse, the screws are so cheap, they even with the right tool, the stripe after just a few turns. Even after all of that, when I thought I had defeated this disaster, I went to screw in the glass shelf only to discover that the holes did not align with the holes in the rack. It's unbelievable. Where is the quality control, Delta??
