Needs to be paired with copper.

I would recommend this vitamin, it is extremely essential and hard to get through food, but one very important point is that taking a zinc supplement will likely cause a copper deficiency, which CAN be remedied by eating copper rich foods, BUT this zinc suppliment is a very high dose (455% of your daily value) so I would recommend pairing it with a copper suppliment anyway, which will only run you another $5, in order to avoid extreme fatigue .

This is a great product, I've been taking this for about eight monthes. So far I've had a healthy fall and winter. My age is 80 I walk in the cold weather, clean my house and still have energy. I think the Nature's Bounty Zinc and other supplements are the answer for my good health.
