Shark® Vertex™ UltraLight Corded Stick Vacuum with DuoClean® PowerFins™ and Self-Cleaning Brushroll, HZ2000

I love using this little vacuum! It has everything: Great suction, brush and snoot attachments right on board, fast switch between carpet and bare floor, easily detachable handheld, long stick for high areas, and a very long cord. I love the bagless style. I love that I don't have to bend to use it, because it hurts my back to bend. Everything is located near the top. So far I've only found one thing I would change, and that's that the brush and snoot attachments aren't terribly secure. I knocked one off without knowing it and could have easily lost it forever. Now I'm more careful about that and check every time I move it. I clean my home, our church, and an elderly friend's house every week, and I carry this thing with me to each one. I love its lightness and powerfulness. I love the swiveling head. I love that I can pop the brush on and clean a surface that has lots little things on it at someone else's house, saving me from having to pick up their stuff. My friend has potted plants that she plays with that sit on towels, and this thing sucks up the spilled dirt off the towels quickly. It's great for blinds, baseboards, windowsills, upholstery, pet feeding areas, hanging pictures and decor, ceiling fans. If this vacuum holds up for a reasonable amount of time, it will have been a great buy. Only time will tell. But for now, I'm extremely pleased with it. It saves me many steps and much bending and reaching.

I have tile floors and carpet throughout my house. This vacuum has been excellent and very surprised at the “self propelled” function it has on carpet. It took off like a self propelled push mower! It has great suction on the carpets and rugs. It does leave a slight shine on the tile floors which is nice. I definitely would buy another Shark as this is my first one.
