Damage.
The reason I'm giving this one star so far is because I just received the ladders. Which I spent almost $1500 for two of them. And one of them the foot was all bent up and then a broken piece that holds it together. I've contacted the seller and we'll see how they proceed with this Issue. As all I asked them is if they could send me a new foot and the triangle piece that holds them all together. Rather than me returning the entire ladder and shipping a new ladder.
