dont turn lever to insert pin

Took me an hour after watching videos how to take the knob off to install, found this website and installation video. Turns out you just put the pin in without turning the lever and it come out easily. All youtube videos tell you to turn the knob . hope this helps someone struggling like I did.

Heavy duty quality

The keyed entry lever very good quality. You can feel the heavy components before you open package. Packaging is helpful in the way you can see all parts clearly. The lever was installed on a commercial door for added security. Was very easy to install.
