I love the product, however, the pump was defective. Didnt work like it was supposed to. I ended up taking the cap off and pouring it into my hand which was a bit difficult given the size of the bottle. That has never happened before so I chalked it up to maybe it was damaged in shipping...who knows. Again, i love Tressamee!
