Pleasant Smelling
This Roman chamomile has a pleasant floral smell with calming and relaxing effect without being over powering in recipes. It's a much thinner oil than German Chamomile and it's light yellow as opposed to blue. It does come out of the jar fast, so you must be mindful of that when making recipes.
