Good Pizza Oven

This is a great pizza oven. It can fit a full 16" pizza with no problems. My only issue is the instructions gave no guidance on how to cook with it. So it took a few tries to get it down. Here is my tip. Start with a good size fire and let it burn down then put your pizza in it and keep the fire small with coals at this point. Watch it closely as the bottom can be done way before the top. If it looks like it is cooking too quickly just move it to the top shelf and let it finish.
