Only cooked on it three times but so far I'm very happy with it. No hot spots to speak of. Holds temp good. No Wi-Fi but I knew that going in. Was not a deal breaker for me You can upgrade the controller for something like $70.00 if you really need it. Came over from a Traeger. You would spend $200.00 more for the same size in the Traeger model

Better value than Traeger

We are really enjoying this smoker. We replaced our old Traeger with the Austin XL. It took less than an hour to assemble. We have smoked everything from pork butt to burgers and everything has turned out great. We even double smoked a ham for Easter. The sear feature works great. The large hopper is great for overnight cooks. I would definitely recommend this smoker.
