This tray is perfect! I have an old washer and it was starting to have a little leaking here and there so we needed to get a tray. During the installation, in the very tight area of the laundry room, my teen accidentally dropped her end of the washer just as I was slipping the edge of the tray under it. The washer hit right on the edge but, to my relief and surprise, the tray didn't chip or damage in any way and we were able to get the washer into it and it looks great!
