Great looks, but pump fails over time

This dispenser is maddening. On one had it looks great and was easy to install. On the other hand something happens over time where the soap starts to come out of the seals of the pump mechanism. We have 3 of these pumps and it's happening to our second one. I'm betting the third is on the way.
