No Flow, it's absolutely one of the best products. This is my second time using it. They have no taste, they work very well. Within days I noticed a change in my milk, by the end of the week I had little to no milk. I was supplying about a gallon a day to nothing in a week. This with cabbage ended my journey. I highly recommend if you are trying to dry up to purchase these.

I don't normally take supplements, but after mastitis twice and trying desperately to wean I was willing to try anything. Started these supplements on a Wednesday, by Saturday I was hand expressing (not even pumping) for comfort and by the following Tuesday my breasts felt soft and normal again. Truly a miracle product. I wish I would've known about it sooner!
