Works Quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this on some spots in the yard where the the dogs love to race around. Their nails dig into the grass and leave holes. I sprinkled this on and followed the directions. Super easy to do and I dont "landscape" the yard. Within a week or so I could tell a difference, even in the unpredictable Florida weather. Defintely a go to if you have balding spots in your yard and dont know what to do. This balances the soil allowing the grass to grow.

Great Product for a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Pennington Smart Patch Tall Fescue Mix for a quick pet damage spot in my yard, and it outperforms all the other brands I have used in the past. With the seed, fertilizer mixture all in one container my separate cost and mixture ratio calculation was eliminated. Pennington Smart Patch Tall Fescue Mix will now be my go to lawn patch mixture.

New Lawn!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a green thumb nor have I tried really tried to be Lawn Proud, however Pennington Smart Patch Tall Fescue Mix makes it almost impossible to goof up. My lawn was pretty raggedy looking since I had bought the house and has really just gone downhill. When I heard about this product I decided to give it a whirl. With very little effort on my part, besides initially applying it and watering it, I have new grass growing in less than a week! I am so impressed. It was effortless.
