I bought this because I was tired of having long branches hitting me in the face while cutting grass. This tool was perfect and just in-time. I rented a dumpster and got to cutting. I like the length of the tool as well as the weight. Great for trimming trees or cutting down weeds that you can't reach with a line trimmer. One of the best outdoor tools I've bought from DeWalt!! I bought it, and finally got to use it today. Mind, you this is not a small residential lot, I have a substantial amount of property, and was clearing an area so I can get the tractor in there to mow. This saw cut everything I asked it to. It was not only good for cutting high stuff, but also great at reaching in to cut low stuff at the ground, like thorn bushes and honeysuckle. I probably used it nearly non-stop for 2-3 hours and the battery was still not dead. I read reviews of it being under powered or stalling, I did not experience any of that. The only time I would "stall" is if I already had it in a bind when I first pulled the trigger.
