Same quality as target brand raincoats. For the price of 15 or $16 these are great. Target sells them for more and I would not buy them at that price. Unfortunately, I found another jacket that's two sizes larger than this one for about the same price. I decided to go with the jacket that's two sizes larger so that it last my daughter 2 to 3 years.
