This is one of the few vegan meat products that I really enjoy. I make a breakfast casserole with this is breakfast sandwichs. No one even knows it's not real sausage and it tastes very good and also is good for you and you don't feel sick and bloated after eating it.

Theyre my absolute favorite, i dont even buy meat-based sausage patties often anymore, if at all. i haaate the price, but theyre an allowable splurge for me. i sautee peppers onions, add scramble eggs and dice up a patty or two and put it over cheesy grits. and have a mango smoothie with fiber/ protein powder. AMAZING ahd filling.
