Tastes like expired chemicals

I love strawberry lemonade flavored things normally but these have a very strong chemical taste. I actually checked the expiration date thinking we got something that's been sitting in the back for a few years but it's supposed to be good for 2 more years. My husband says it has a weird musty undertone. I love this brand, but this flavor is an absolute pass.
