I needed to replace knobs because i forgot to remove them when i did a full oven clean and they wrinkled. My oven has been discontinued bu replacement knobs were still available. So relieved. Ordering was easy and delivery time was prompt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Needed a Replacement Knob.

The instruction manual for the stove specifically states not to leave the top oven door open while the stove is hot because it can melt the knobs. I knew this ahead of time; therefore, melting a knob was my fault. I found the LG website user friendly, and it was easy to get a replacement knob mailed to me. They include photo's of what the replacement part looks like on their site, which made it easy for me to validate my purchase. I gave it 5 stars because it met 100% of my needs.

I bought the accessory to go on stove - love stove just a knob was needed - the ones you buy in a local hardware store or online elsewhere are just a waste of money and don't fit - these are the real deal [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
