Constant fan noise when using this battery charger

The description of this item does not say that there is a fan that stays on running with a constant humming sound. So if you are planning to use this at home in a garage, the fan noise is quite loud and irritating. This fan always stays on when the unit is used even when all the batteries are fully charged! If you look closely at the picture, there is a large air filter on one end, that should of given a buyer the hint that there is some sort of fan with this item. I had to go buy two more standard 4 battery tender charger for the home.
