These headphone dont last long

The reason why I gave these headphones a 3 star is because they dont last long and they were quite expensive when we bought them in 2021. Over the past couple of months it hasn't been working well. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods and its still malfucntioning. Here are the problems I am experiencing: 1) When listening to music or calling someone, it automatically disconnects in the middle of conversation 2) sometimes the volume gets really low (even though sound is at max) and the ambience sound gets really loud 3) One side works and the other doesn't 4) When listening to music or talking to people, the sounds cuts in and out and there is background noise (buzzing sound in the background) When it was working, they seemed pretty good. I like the design and the sound quality. I just wish it lasted more than 2 years.

Sound is great, Battery is trash

Sound quality is great, fit is great, battery is trash. I don't use these that often (every 1-3 months) but the last time I did the battery on the right earphone went from 35% to 0% in about 5 seconds. After repeated charging the right earphone is essentially unusable. Since Sony doesn't seem to have any way to contact them (other than via phone?), I'm leaving this review as per their request.

Rapid battery drainage after 16 months of use. Gar

These headphones sound absolutely great but just be prepared to buy another set within a year and a half or so after the warranty expires the battery drain is significant and they are almost useless. Probably get 20 minutes out of a full charge if that and I have another pair of Sony earbuds. That does the same thing. Please do not buy these products
