Good sugar cookie, unexpected company, in 15 minutes you have perfect fresh cookies. These are not sweet. They have a good buttery flavor, I'm going to buy several and decorate some for the holidays. I did use my new silicone baking mats. I love the way they came out.. as in my picture they were perfectly baked. The bottom cookie sheet around the edges was a little crispy., preparation is a breeze, preheat the oven open the bag. Don't put them too close together. They do like to have room to spread out.. excellent value!!
