Nice looking man, connections, factory defect

It arrived in beautiful shape. Nothing broken. The only exception there seems to be a bad connection in the panel box. Upon setting it up without installing it I received several error messages when I moved the wires going into the back of one of the panels. It's needless to say somethings wrong, but what I don't know. So I am returning it and then will do some further exploration. Can't win the mall.
