Substandard quality

Disappointed with the quality. Very heavy and not real wood. The drawers were damaged right out of the box. The instructions are not very good and the pieces are not all marked which made the assembly of the bed more difficult. Not extra hardware. This is not top price bedroom set, but the quality, the instructions and the packaging of the hardware is more for a cheap product. I even purchased cheaper furniture before with better everything. If I could give a zero star I would.
