Absolutely beautiful!!!

My contractor built a chimney in my condo to mount the fireplace and it is absolutely beautiful!!!! They mounted the fireplace 40 inches from the floor so that it can be seen from anywhere in my living room and dining room area! I absolutely love it!!!

The Customer Service is outstanding!

I love my new fireplace. I placed in above our Bubble tub in our on-suite bathroom/bedroom. It fits the décor beautifully. I was most impressed by the customer service. We had a mishap during our addition and accidentally threw away some of the pieces of our fireplace prior in install. The company assisted me promptly with replacement parts at a very reasonable cost. I also received the parts in less than a week. I highly recommend my fireplace and this company.

Dimplex Prism is beautiful!

We installed it on our feature wall. It is beautiful and adds ambience and warmth to the room. Note: the electrician who installed a recessed outlet for the TV on the feature wall, recommended not covering the electrical wire for this unit. We installed it low, right above the media unit and under a shelf. Looks fantastic! This unit remains cool to the touch. Clearance is not needed above or below the unit.
