How do you clean it or how do you take it apart

Like all shower heads it will need to be cleaned. But how do you take it apart to clean it. Not a good site, if it does not include maintenance instructions or even an exploded drawing that you could figure it out.

Poor flow

Re-did our bathroom and had this head with the Moen posi temp handle. The flow is set at one pressure and the shower head pressure is so poor it takes my wife 20 minutes to get all the shampoo out of her hair. Had to replace this with our old shower massage head which works great, so it is not the water pressure but the head.

Poor performance

Eco-performance means poor pressure. You definitely lose a large amount of performance by using this showerhead. I am all for conserving water, but I also like my shower to wake me up. This does not do it. Makes you feel like you haven't gotten all the soap off you.
