I used this to paint my dining room. After applying the primer first, one coat of paint was all that was needed. It is excellent paint, with no odor at all. Also, it doesn't drip all over the floor, or splatter specks of paint everywhere. There is no need whatsoever to spend triple the price for those other paints.
