Really well packaged and well made. The only work required was lowering the gas and 240 outlet so that range can be pushed all the way back to the backsplash. Simmer level was adjusted down a couple of days after initial use (using the ultra slim screwdriver tool provided). You have to know what you're doing and pay attention. Gas range heats beautifully, electric oven it perfect,. Have not had to adjust any of my recipes times. Only concern was it's not self cleaning but decided we would clean up spills right away, was very pleased that bottom drip pan comes out easily making cleanup very easy. We love it alot!
