I'm taking this for improving my energy and to try balancing out my cortisol levels which are too high after cortisone injections for severe neck pain issues which really impacts my sleep and I have zero energy but I also am I. Perimenopause and have insulin resistance and all of those make you tired I can't tell if this one is helping because I started taking this alongside several other new supplements as I'm desperate to feel better but in hindsight it's a stupid idea to take lots of new supplements at the same time because then if you do start feeling better it's very hard to work out which product is really helpful so I'd recommend you only try adding ONE thing at a time where possible eg for 2-3 months to know if it's worth your money but I was desperate so just added lots of things that might help. Anyway this is a good price for if you already take this and definitely worth a try if you're having adrenal issues but if you can try this out by itself for a while your definitely know if it's helping you or not
