Product was open package, not called out in description. Clean, but just shoved back in original packaging. Did not work correctly. Sound was there, but only when spun in the jack. Too much trouble to repack and return. Scavenged earbud covers for re-use. Will look for maybe more expensive but guaranteed new item.

Best for the money
I have had several ear buds. Philips cannot be beat in this price range. I had to write this review after reading the others. Sound is very good. They could improve on the clarity a little. Durability is awesome. After several washes and rip outs they keep kicking. They are a little large but will fit most ears.

Best Earbuds for Sleeping
I use these for listening to music / ASMR / ambience when I sleep because the shape of the earbuds makes them very comfortable when laying on my side. The sound quality is just fine for these purposes as well. The bass is a bit light, but it's not to the point it becomes a nuisance.
