    Homemade Pasta in the time it takes to boil water!

    Put the pot of water on to boil, fill everything to the lines indicated in the cups and run the program. The flour starts mixing, you add the liquid slowly and in the time it takes for the water to boil, you have homemade pasta. Can't beat that! Cleanup is easy as long as you wipe everything down right away with a dry cloth, before washing. We use it so often, it seldom leaves the counter. It was missing it's recipe book (still waiting for it to arrive via mail), but the company supplied us with a pdf right away and with it, it's pretty easy to make perfect pasta every time. We've tried almost all of the attachments, with lasagna being the only one we haven't tried yet. Again... worth every penny if you're a pasta eater.

    Great Pasta Machine

    I had a manual pasta maker and what a chore it was to make pasta, and a mess with flour everywhere. This machine is fast, easy, and makes delicious pasta. The machine is heavy and very well built, hopefully it will last a long time. Pasta for two takes about 10 minutes while pasta for four takes 15 minutes. It's very easy to clean the machine using the tools furnished with it. I like making duram pasta which is made with mostly semolina flour and a little regular flour.

    The pasta maker was a Christmas gift from friends and I was unsure if it would live up to it's claim. When I first tried it out I was not impressed, however on my second attempt it worked out perfectly and I realized that on my first attempt I had not properly followed the instructions provided. I have make more pasta since and I find it easy and quick to use. The key to the success of the pasta maker is to follow the instructions accurately and use a scale rather than a cup as a measurement guide. I love my pasta maker so much I plan to give both my daughters-in-law one for their birthdays.
