Pfister LG49YP1C Ashfield 2-Handle 8" Widespread Bathroom Faucet in Polished Chrome

Installed faucet 4 years ago and I'm very pleased with the quality, the appearance and Pfister customer service. The finish on this faucet after 4 years is as good as when it was brand new. I've had other faucets that showed pitting and rust spots after a year but the Pfister has none of these issues. The appearance is unique with water flowing from a spout like an old fashioned hand pump. The sink stopper works smoothly and holds water in the sink. Customer service is excellent. I had to replace valves in the handles because we have well water with a fair amount of lime which will build up over time. I expected I'd be buying new valves and wait a long time for them to arrive. When I called I spoke with a polite and very helpful customer service representative. Because the faucet has limited lifetime warranty, Pfister sent new valves for free and I had them in under a week. Initial installation was a bit complicated but the instructions were good. I'd buy Pfister products again.

Bought 2 of these 3 years ago when renovating two of my bathroom. Look great. This year the one tap started to leak in the kids washroom and they sent the part right away to fix it. Very pleased with these products [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
