My experience with your company
We remodeled our bathroom about two years ago and in the process of changing a light fixture above the sink a month ago, we accidentally dropped the fixture on the left handle on the sink and broke the handle off. We contacted your company directly to see if we could purchase a replacement handle. The gentleman we talked to was very helpful. He told me they didn't have a replacement but he could send us a new complete set at no cost. He took my information and in two weeks we received it. I never expected this, I feel the company went way beyond what I ever expected. I would definitely purchase a Pfister product in the future, and would recommend it to anyone.
