Easy assembly

All of the parts were included. It was easy to assemble and connect to my kitchen faucet, I was able to do it by myself and I'm far from a diy lady. The hose has a tough feel to it, slightly rigid. If you pull it down often to wash your sink, you could tear it, that's what happened with my last one. It's working fine so far.
