I needed slow feeder bowls because two of my three cats were eating too fast, walking away and vomiting up what they just ate. One cat is overweight and one cat waits until the others are done before eating. We've free-fed our first cat for seven years before another cat joined our household. I was looking for a bowl that was nontoxic, not easily turned over and shipped to me in days. The Catstages Kitty Slow Feeder matched. The cats are getting used to the new bowls. They don't empty the bowls yet and I find them moved away from the feeding station. But no one has found vomit by walking in it and tracking it around the house.
