there was a mistake in the correct size.
It's a nice carrier, but for some reason, I was sent a carrier for a 10 lb cat, not a 15 lb cat.. I checked and it was supposed to be for up to 15 lbs.

Fantastric features
I purchased one seven years ago and have been extremely happy with it. My cats doctor keeps asking me where I got it at so now I will give her the web address. I leave it down on the floor all the time and put treats in it so my cats will get used to going in it and not only when they see the doctor. I wouldn't own anything else if I can help it.
