Radio Systems Corporation, owner of the PetSafe Brand, (hereinafter referred to as ?PetSafe?) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser who purchased a PetSafe product from an authorized dealer of PetSafe products, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. An ?original retail consumer purchaser? is a person or entity who originally purchases the product, or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. Collar is a Lifesaver
This little collar has no doubt saved my mini petite goldendoodle's life in the few weeks that we have had it. She always ran to our barn that is across the highway when she was outside. She often times ran to my grandson's house a little further down the road too. But with this collar she stays in the confines of the boundaries set in our yard. I can now let her out to romp and play without the stress of having to go find her across the road. It has been a lifesaver for me and Poppy!

No Issues and performs super after 1 year.
I cannot understand some the complaints. We've had ours for over one year on a very high energy, "rough and tumble" 27 pound Cocker Spaniel. Collar fits great, with no loosening or breakage. Transmitter collar works as intended and the "pup" learned it quickly and adapted well. The battery has lasted far longer (with constant use) than the negative reviews had experienced.
