I thought this would be a little smaller so I bought it for my daughter's cat. It was a little bigger than I thought. Her cat still uses it but in my opinion, I think it's better for a small dog. It does work well though.

Sure it holds plenty of food, but the food id doesn't slide down in bowl like it should. I have to constantly tip it forwards to get food out. We have a multi dog home and this is more work than just filling the individual bowls. First I have to use a 8 cup measuring cup and 6 trips to dog food bag to fill it. Second after each dog eats, I have to tip the feeder to refill bowl. So thats 6 trips to food bag and 6 trips to tipping feeder( we have 6 adult golden retrievers), so 12 trips, ugh. This was suppose to make it simpler. Sad part is we are stuck with it, because hubby had to make a stand to raise it up off floor and screwed feeder to base. So this piece of crap will just sit in basement.
