When your babies get old, sometimes things happen, just like people. Our one Cocker is 15 and recently injured himself in a fall outside; his eyes aren't sharp anymore and he's just having some trouble. We placed these pads near his usual doors and his main pathways thru the home. It's made a big difference for both of us; he feels comfortable using the pads, not anxious about having an accident at night. I have easier cleanup, even if he goes over the edge a bit.
