DO NOT ORDER

Horrible!! I ordered this item back in April as a mother's day gift for my mom. It said it would be delivered by May 8th, May 7th I got an email saying it was going to be delayed and they didn't know when it would arrive. It arrived today May 19th and IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!! It's not even smooth, there's scratches on it! The stones are neatly lined up inside the heart in the picture but that is definitely not how it came out, they are crooked!! One of the names is even MISSPELLED!!! And it spelled correctly on the order form!! This is so so so upsetting!! I paid over 60$ for this crap and I am literally embarrassed to give this to my mom now. Would never recommend ordering any personalized jewelry from Walmart. I've never been so disappointed in an item before. I can not believe they would send something like this.
