I enjoy the Personal Megaphone. Because of a health issue, my vocal cords are damaged, makes it difficult to raise my voice(yell). The Personal Megaphone allows me to speak louder without straining my vocal cords. My husband is hard of hearing. If he doesn't have his hearing aids in, I have to yell or raise my voice, which strains my cords. The alarm is useful to call attention to my needing something or a problem.
