Individually vacuum packed chicken breasts

I like this chicken because I only have myself to feed, and in this package there are 5 individual boneless, skinless chicken breasts that are vacuum packed so I can take out one piece and leave the others in the freezer til I want them. For me this is saving money so I only cook what I need and don't cook excess and then store it in frig or freezer and it gets pushed to the back or gets freezer burn. Which I'm sure everyone that cooks has done at one time or another.

Great for Dinner

Great portion for an easy, individual dinner! I throw some seasonings on it, cook it for 22 minutes - bam - high protein, delicious dinner. Though it's more expensive than larger packs, I don't have to trim any fat off them at all - that's all done (and with some of the amount of fat I trim from the larger, cheaper packs, I wonder if it's almost similar in price per pound, anyway! ). Well worth a little extra for a healthy, delicious, easy meal.
