Received email stating item was delivered. it was not. Requested refund. Agent refused to send me an email stating that my refund was requested. Had to speak to her supervisor. They told me to wait 48 hrs for package to arrive even tho email said it has arrived. Fed Ex claimed they delivered it but provided to photograph of package on my front porch. I called 3rd party seller. Package was finally delivered a week later. terrible experience...will not be purchasing again.
