Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Frozen Pastry Dough Sheets, 2-Count, 17.3 oz. Box

I liked working with this puff pastry right from the start. The sheets are generous in size and work so well with whatever I am making. I much prefer Pepperidge's Puff Pastry to Pillsbury's Dough Sheets which are much to thick yet smaller in size. I see there are other brands of puff pastry, which are cheaper in price, but I'd rather stick with the brand I love.

In my culture, we make all types of patties, from Salt fish, ground beef, eggs and sausage, guava patties. You name it. But making the dough every single time is a long and annoying process. I am glad that this dough exists. Of course homemade dough is fresher and flakier, but this one certainly cuts down time in the kitchen. It's fluffy, flaky, and it takes flavor notes from the filling. I think this is a good product.
