Freezing directions: store in freezer with the top side up. Do not store on the side. Thawing directions: Single slice: Remove cake from package, cut a slice, then thaw at room temperature for 20 mins. Place remaining uncut cake back in freezer. Whole cake: Remove cake from package, thaw in refrigerator for 3 hours or at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Cover and refrigerate unused portions for up to 5 days. For best results: Clean knife with warm water after each cut.

FAVORITE dessert!
We enjoy this cake for dessert...it's a favorite.!The coconut %26 frosting are not overly sweet and the cake is moist! It is convenient to take the cake out of the freezer and either take out a portion or to defrost the whole cake. Of course, with the Pepperidge Farm is a trusted name for quality so we feel confident in any of the products they produce!

Wonderful coconut cake
If you like coconut, super creamy icing and moist multi-layered cake, I'd recommend trying this Pepperidge Farm cake. Although frozen, it thaws quickly. I also like that you get so many servings! Gotta admit, it's even good frozen!! I wish Walmart carried their chocolate cake too!

Not too sweet. Delicious coconut cake!
For a frozen cake product, this coconut cake is pperfection. Does it taste like a homemade coconut cake, no, but the white cake is tender, and the marshmallow like icing with coconut is not too sweet, and delicious. The icing seems to protect the cake by sealing it from getting stale, The whole cake is sealed within tbe box, so it remains fresh and damage free. Pretty good value, I like this coconut flavor more than the chocolate, which seems overly sweet. Pepperidge Farm has been producing this cake for years, and i say don't mess with perfection.
