Honestly, this Peppa Pig picnic blanket isn't as small as I was expecting it to be! I got this for my children to use on outdoor outings, but a few adults could sit on this comfortably without feeling too cramped. I'm 5'7” and can lay down on this horizontally without too much overhang. The design side is a soft fleecy/microfiber material, and the back is kind of like a waterproof tarp material. I can lay this in wet grass and the top side doesn't feel wet or damp. The material is soft like I said, but it doesn't get too hot or make us feel sweaty. It's super easy to wash and fold back up. This is super easy to travel with! This is the cutest must have for summer
