The Pennington Earth Smart Black Plastic Wild Bird Hopper Feeder has an extra large 6 pound capacity. This feeders is equipped with a unique twist and lock locking top to keep squirrels out and seed fresh. Just unlock by twisting the roof peak counter clockwise and lock by twisting clockwise. The Pennington, Locking Top, Earth Smart Gazebo style Wild Bird Feeder is a no waste feeder; the base is designed to divert seed to port openings to eliminate seed build up. This feeder is easy to fill and easy to clean with a wide seed chamber opening. It includes a chew proof cable and it keeps seed fresh with drainage holes at each port opening. The Pennington Earth Smart Locking Top Wild Bird Feeder is designed to feed both small and large birds. Attracts favorites like Chickadees, Cardinals, Goldfinches and more! The top & base are made of 100% recycled materials.

Best feeders ever!!! I love that the top locks so when the squirrels come they are not knocking off the top in a position where rain etc can get in! Keeps the seeds dry and fresh!

Compared to other bird feeders this one is of excellent quality for the price. I like the fact that it holds 6 pounds of seed. I have had more birds hanging around this feeder than any other I have had. It is not unusual for have 15-20 birds at one time. Will definitely be buying another.

Best Bird Feeder
I bought one of these bird feeders, as it was such a great price. I took it home and hung it asap! The variety of birds loved it as much as I did! There were birds of all types and sizes perched ready to chow down. I loved the fact that it is the size that it is, that it has a clear body to see the bird feed level but most of all because of the locking mechanism that it has on the top. This was a plus for me because the raccoons and the squirrels were getting in the other bird feeders that I tried. But not in this one!!! So, I went out and bought three more!!!
