Thumbs Aren't Tacky

Little tiny thumbtacks. You don't need them until you do. When you do, they do what they're supposed to do. Just don't step on them, sit on them or hold one in your mouth to steady the object you want to hang. Or throw them on the ground to wrestle a friend. I'm not admitting or denying I've done either of those things but I admit these little thumbtacks are excellent.

An old favorite!

For many years I've used pushpins and had mostly forgotten all about regular thumbtacks. Recently, I needed to tack something up (behind a fabric fold), but could not get it to lay flat using the pushpin, so I sought out the old fashioned kind. These flat top thumbtacks did the job perfectly with no problems. From now on, I'll keep some on hand!
